Here at Assured Heating Essex, we offer Landlords and Estate Agencies a wide range of heating services, which meet the strict Gas Safety regulations.  All of our engineers are fully Gas Safe Registered and qualified to the highest possible level.

In 1996 the government passed a law that requires all landlords, who rent either part or all of a property, to have all household gas appliances and pipes checked every 12 months.  They are also expected to hold a Landlord certificate for Gas Safety (CP12) that attests to this effect.

Our Gas Safety records and documents are completed in PDF format, so once the landlord certificate has been completed it can be emailed to you directly.  Our online system also allows us to store and locate individual certificates by postcode, so gone are the days of trying to locate a screwed up, scribbled upon certificate.

Depending on your preference, we can set up a reminder every year to ensure the Landlord Gas Safety check is performed, and if you prefer, we’d be happy to remove the hassle of you arranging this with your tenants, in which case we will contact your tenant and arrange the inspection with them directly.  In such cases we’ll simply email you the completed CP12 certificate along with an invoice with VAT displayed separately.
