Founder & Owner:
Founded in 2009 by Lee Nichols, Assured Heating Essex has gained vast experience within the domestic and commercial heating sector. Day to day, Lee runs the office and attends all of the site surveys. With his determination and drive the company has gone from strength to strength, furthermore, is consistently growing. Lee is highly motivated, with exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills…he is also the nicest guy you will ever meet!
At Assured Heating Essex we specialise in gas and oil heating systems that are energy-efficient, reliable and are value for money.
We are fully qualified to install and maintain any boiler type using quality heating supplies and we currently perform over 250 boilers installations per year in the local area.
We are accredited with Worcester Bosch, Viessmann boilers, Vaillant boilers, Glow-worm boilers and ATAG boilers. We are Gas Safe registered and are Oftec oil registered installers.
We have engineers that specialise in boiler installation, we also have engineers that specialise in system repairs. We believe different engineers have different strengths, an installation engineer is not necessarily going to know the common faults of a 15 year old boiler! We have a team of engineers that are experts in their own field.

We have an office based in Rettendon, which is staffed Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm so feel free to pop down to see us!
